After CMG Financial acquired Greenwoods State Bank, two brands and two websites had to become one. We built a design system and CMS templates that let a small team launch 250+ pages in under a month.

MY ROLE
CMG Financial was known for mortgages. The bank it acquired had its own brand, site and products. BankCMG needed one site that felt trusted, told a clear new story, and let content teams add products fast.
THE CHALLENGE
WHAT I DID
Stakeholder research: Set goals and shaped 3 proto-personas.
Competitor review: Scored 6 banks on UI, usability and accessibility.
Impression test: Tested 3 visual directions to set the new look.
Atomic design system: Built a component library authors can reuse.
Templates and QA: Locked key zones and reviewed the build in QA.
